2. Our Role: Lead Generation Only

Nearby HVAC Pros is a lead-generation and matching service. We are not an HVAC contractor. We do not perform, supervise, warrant or guarantee any heating, cooling, ventilation, installation, repair or maintenance work, and we do not employ the professionals you may be connected with.

Our role ends when your request is transmitted to one or more professionals or marketing partners. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the company you choose to engage.

3. Contractor Matching

We may match your request based on your ZIP code, the service you selected, the type of system, availability and other criteria. We do not guarantee that any professional will contact you, that a match will be available in your area, or that any particular company will be included.

We do not independently verify the licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing or availability of every professional in the network. You are responsible for confirming credentials, checking references, verifying licensing and insurance where applicable, and evaluating any proposal before entering into an agreement.

4. Estimates and Pricing Disclaimer

Any estimate, quote, price range or timeline you receive comes from an independent professional, not from us. Estimates are not offers by us, are not binding on us, and may change after an on-site evaluation. We make no representation about the accuracy, completeness or validity period of any estimate.

Information on this site about equipment types, common problems and HVAC concepts is general and educational. It is not a diagnosis, a recommendation for your specific system, or a statement of what work your home requires.

5. Third-Party Providers and Content

The site may include content, tools and links from third parties, and your request may be processed using third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their acts or omissions.
